I started my career training and using dogs to apprehend those how broke the law.  I still feel that is a necessary part of police work.  Support your local Police and K-9 Units after all they keep us safe.  I also now use dogs to rehabilitate inmates that are incarcerated.  I volunteer my time at two prisons in North Carolina to teach inmates to rehabilitate dogs that would not have any chance of adoption.  I must say that 26 years ago if you told me that I would be working with imates better them selves, well I was a cop.  Now I see that these inmates are not only helping these dogs prepair for the future and to get a second chance at a fullfilling life.  They are also prepairing them selves to be responsible and productive.

The inmates are responsible for each dogs care. Feeding, Bathing and Training. They learn alot from the program. If you would like to offer support for this program please tell your friends that are seeking a new dog that these dogs are trained and ready to be adopted.
